Just a note to thank you for the skill, care and professionalism which you displayed during my fire installation. It wasn't an easy job, considering you took the time to put right someone else's mistakes.
I was especially impressed by your attitude of "near enough" was not good enough, it had to be spot on, and it was! The finished result is excellent, and my wife (who is hard to please) was delighted with it.
I shall recommend you whenever the opportunity arises, as I'm sure it will during these cold winter months. Thanks also to your colleague Julie who was an able assistant during your work.

Thank you for your explanations of the different type of fire during our visit to your showroom.
The replacement of the existing gas fire with the new Valor Belvoir was not without its unexpected problems all resolved with "Percy Verance “ and good humour, ably assisted by "Julia.Gopher".
We will be pleased to recommend your services to our friends should the opportunity arise.
Thank you and may your business continue to flourish.

A big thank you to Classic Rooms & Fireplaces who have just altered our stone fireplace & fitted a new gas fire. Dave ably assisted by Julie. A great team, nothing was too much trouble a first class job!

I viewed the purchasing of a new gas fire with trepidation. Classic Rooms were helpful, knowledgeable and efficient in solving my difficulties. A home visit and clear explanation of how the task was to be carried out allayed my fears.
Dave and Julie came on the day and time agreed, and worked hard and intensively throughout the day. They informed me that they would initially make a mess, but everything was well covered and I considered them very neat clean workers.
The finished product I find delightful and I am full of praise for how it blends in so well with the surroundings. What could have been a stressful day was an enjoyable one. Thank you to all concerned.
I would highly recommend this firm to anyone, and not hesitate to use them again.
